Availability and Fees

I am currently working remotely due to family needs. This means I am happy to research, write and record MP3 audio hypnotherapy for your child but not able to offer face-to-face work. The fee for audios is £80.00. These hypnotic inductions are based on the thorough information that your child and you, the parent, share with me. They'll be unique and tailored to the individual's needs, but based on the tried-and-tested frameworks of clinical and Ericksonian hypnosis.

Overview

Hypnotherapy is so versatile it can be useful in treating a large range of problems, either as a primary therapy or as a complement to other treatments.

I particularly enjoy helping adults and children feel better about themselves by enhancing self-esteem and confidence. I believe that everyone is capable of exceeding their own expectations: in performance situations such as exams, in social situations such as making friends and more generally, in dealing with the emotional complications of growing up.

With an 18 year old daughter of my own, I'm also keenly aware of the challenges facing young people today in the world of social media. Parents and schools will naturally be the primary support and provide the best context for the modern young person, but sometimes incessant self-comparison leads to stress, anxiety and even depression - and a little more help is required. Hypnosis is a really effective way of learning techniques of emotional management, putting things in perspective and taking the pressure off.

I like to consult both the parent and the child before we start therapy, and this can be done over the phone or via email exchanges. Please contact me via email at first.
