Overview

With extensive training in both traditional and complementary medicine—including an M.D. in Preventative Health and Epidemiology—I bring a holistic approach to supporting my clients, particularly children and young adolescents. My qualifications include Advanced Diplomas in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, Certifications in Hypnobirthing and Pain Management, OCD and Eating Disorder interventions, EFT and NLP international accreditations, and Senior Mentor/Advanced BWRT L3 (Brain Working Recursive Therapy) training.
I specialize in Paediatric Hypnotherapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, and Acupressure Psychotherapy, and BWRT, helping young clients navigate through simple and complex situations in a safe and supportive environment.
Holding a Blue Card (Qld), I ensure ethical and professional standards while working with children. Sessions are available in person and via Skype/Zoom etc., allowing flexibility and accessibility.
