Overview

I am a qualified clinical hypnotherapist and holistic therapist. I am also an Emotional Freedom Technique and Neuro Linguistic practitioner. I work with children, teens and Adults with Additional Needs and am a qualified Mental Wellness Coach. I have worked as a therapist for 20 years and I continue my learning and update training as helping people is my passion.

After working with clients for many years and recently seeing a negative emotional shift in many, I have come to realise that, not only have recent world events but also increasing pressure of work/ home life and family commitments have taken the joy out of some people lives and also created a fear based response to situations that could otherwise be manageable.
