As well as working as a Teaching Assistant I support children's wellbeing as an ELSA.

I started my journey studying counselling and later moved to clinical hypnotherapy. I found the mind body connection and how the brain works fascinating. Having the knowledge helps me to support young people to achieve and reach their maximum potential in all aspects of their lives whether it's school or home (after all a happy child will strive to be the best they can be).

I offer a non judgemental, safe and confidential environment to support them in overcoming any difficulties that may affect their emotional and mental wellbeing. This enables them to build up resilience, self and emotional control and self esteem. I use a variety of approaches from talking, relaxation, mindfulness, hypnosis, NLP and CBT based techniques.
