Hello, I'm Sarah a fully qualified clinical/paediatric hypnotherapist working with teenagers and children across the UK online.
I help children to overcome feelings of anxiety, childhood trauma and fears that impact their everyday lives - empowering them to build resilient minds. I use a combination of hypnotherapy, NLP and EFT to get the best outcome and teach each child the power of their own mind.
