Overview

I am a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist offering sessions tailored specifically to maximise the chances of achieving the changes that my clients wish to make in their lives. I deal with a range of issues including stress and anxiety; confidence building and motivation, fears and phobias, unwanted habits and many many more.

As an accredited member of both The International Society of Paediatric Hypnotherapists and the National Hypnotherapy Society I work in an ethical and professional way and my clients can be reassured that they are in very safe hands as I work collaboratively with them, at their pace, towards achieving life altering changes.
