Overview

Paediatric Hypnotherapist specialising in working with neurodiverse children and young people on the autistic spectrum and with Mild Learning Difficulties. Ex assistant headteacher at a SEN specialist school, experienced in promoting Positive Behaviour and developing emotional resilience and literacy.
Enhanced DBS check, fully licenced and insured and registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council, the Professional Standards Agency and the National Hypnotherapy Society.
During Covid I am working online via video link so can work anywhere in the UK.
1:1, family and small group sessions available using any or a combination of Hypnotherapy, Protective Behaviours, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Counselling, Restorative Practice and Zones of Regulation to address issues such as meltdowns and outbursts; self regulation, anxiety and distress, anger, depression, self harm, trauma, attachment and social/emotional communication and psychosomatic disorders.
