Availability and Fees

Due to the current restrictions on face to face contact, I am providing therapy sessions via zoom. These are proving to be just as effective as in person sessions. My hours are totally flexible to fit in with work and school commitments. I provide an initial free consultation via zoom or telephone. I work with children and parents. My rates depend on your requirements and start from £60. Give me a call to discuss your challenges and we can work out the best option for you and your child.

Overview

Children and teenagers struggle with understand their own minds and I use a range of tools to build their self esteem, confidence and resilience so that they can deal with anything that comes their way. I have worked with children, educating, mentoring, coaching and supporting them, for over 30 years. I am a parent of three and have plenty of challenges under my belt from their childhood and teenage years. Even though they are now adults, they still throw me the occasional curve ball.
