Overview

I am a fully qualified and insured Clinical Hypnotherapist who is registered with CNHC and the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis.

I work with young people aged from about 5 upwards helping with issues such as anxiety, confidence, unwanted habits, shyness, fears or phobias, study skills and test or exam nerves.

Having taught for 15 years, I am very experienced in working with children of all ages and choose techniques that are age appropriate, enjoyable and effective for your young person.
